I am now delivering workshops for private individuals, sporting clubs and other organisations. Workshops can be organised for any small group. They are practical training sessions where I talk about my system, design a training program for those involved, demonstrate the technique of each exercise and observe each participant to make sure that their execution is correct (this is critical). Small details can critically change the end result.
