As we get older “the escalator of life is going down and we need to run quicker in order to stay at the same spot“.

The videos on these pages are illustrations of what you can do if you spend 15-30 minutes a day caring about your body and your mind.

I practice what I believe.

Each exercise in the videos has elements of strength, skill and fun and doesn’t need any special facilities or equipment. I would like to encourage you to share some of my journey by trying these exercises and letting me know how you go. I want to create a community of like-minded people so please, join me in this…..

I am also curious about how and why physical condition can deteriorate with age. It’s not just about what I can do at any one moment in my life, but also how much I can maintain or stabilize as I am getting older.

During my life, I have carried out many experiments with my body and mind, practising both western and eastern methods and techniques, some of which I have described, or will describe on the other pages of this website or in future blogs.
