The Origin Of My Challenges
A few years ago, I talked with one of my friends, who was a USSR Long Jumper (a finalist in Olympic Games Moscow 1980). He mentioned test that one of the greatest javelin throwers did to test his readiness for competition during the prime time of his sport career. The test was 100 full squats under 90 seconds without weights.
My Cross Fit Journey
A few years ago, someone sent me an email asking for my help. He was doing Cross Fit and wanted to compete in Cross Fit competitions. He saw my earlier website and challenges and asked me to help him with planning his training sessions and technique. I had heard a little bit about Cross Fit, but hadn’t considered as a serious sport. This email, however, came at the right time for me and started me on my own Cross Fit journey.
I have been drinking fresh juice regularly for more than 20 years and I have found it be a very useful and pleasurable start to each day. Yes, it takes some time to prepare, but the benefits out way the time cost.
