Abdominal Challenges

I like challenges because I am still an athlete inside and they are by the word – a challenge and provide a way to compare myself against myself and other people.

Challenges are not goals – I use them as a base line to test my current condition.

If you have strong abdominal muscles, you not only look good, but you feel good.

Tensing the abdominal muscles actually ‘massages’ the internal organs, increases blood circulation as well as assisting in the prevention of back injury.

Everyone can set up their own challenges – these are some of my abdominal challenges.

For this challenge ,start with hanging on 2 hands and then work towards one.

This exercise is a big pressure for the lower back. Take care if you have back problems.

This challenge is a variation on hands and this can increase the load on your shoulder and chest muscles.

One hand – high level….

This challenge is an exercise for the back muscles. Before doing this exercise, you should be able to stay in a head stand position for more than 2 minutes.

The challenge is for you to see you where are now – your age, your condition, your mind set…. What is your condition at the moment?

Can you do better - let me know how? For me it is interesting to hear how you have achieved it?If you need help,
